Yes. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the record to us. Our US$45 standard charge covers return shipping to you.
Is complete flattening guaranteed?
No. Every record is different. Results can vary with the record's age, pressing, thickness, condition and the severity and type of the warp.
Do you test the record afterward?
Yes. Records are inspected and playback-tested after treatment to check the result.
Can you handle multiple records?
